Paying for your order

We accept a variety of payment methods. We prefer standing orders, but will accept cheques and other payments as detailed below.

How to pay by standing order:

To set up a standing order, please let your bank know the details below. This can usually be done over the phone or on-line or you can write to your bank if you prefer.

Please use your name as a reference so that your payment can be spotted on our bank statements.

Other details required by your bank:

• Your account details

• Whether you are making a one-off payment for a monthly trial or setting up a regular monthly standing order.

• The amount payable each month (prices are listed above)

• The day of the month when payment will be made from your account (we prefer this to be the 1st of each month)

If you are paying by cheque:

Please send cheques, made payable to 'Burnley Food Links', to Cropshare, Morcambes Lodge, Cemetery Lane, Burnley BB11 5QB. If you are not the account holder, please print your name and address on the back.

Alternative payment methods

We understand that some people get paid on an irregular basis and that setting up a regular standing order just may not be possible, if you would like to join the scheme but cannot set up a standing order please e-mail us at  or phone us (07501 023519) to discuss alternative payment methods.

Healthy Start vouchers

The Box Scheme is part of the government's Healthy Start scheme which means that if you are in receipt of Healthy Start vouchers, these can be used towards the cost of your produce order with us. Please get-in touch with us  or phone (07501 023519) if you want to use this option to help pay for your order with us.
