How to place your order

Please note: this form is no longer in use - order at our new Cropshare website!

 

Make your selections using the order options on the right hand side. The information below is to help you complete your order order. If you use the links to get more information, this should be displayed in a new tab or window, leaving your form ready for you to continue.

Type of order
Select the type of order, tell us if you want a one-month trial or whether to start a continuous order. 

 

 

Choice of bags
Enter the number of bag(s) that want in the box(es) provided on the form. You can see more about what's in the bags to help you choose between the different types.
 
 

 

Our pick-up day is FRIDAY

You can join for a month's trial at any time. We need 7 days notice, so please give us a start date that allows for this.  Please give a start date that is a Friday in at least 7 days time:

See details of collection points. The locations are all open on Friday afternoons but closing times vary

We want to open more collection points. If there are 5 or more of you in a workplace or neighbourhood, we will deliver to your workplace or one person's home.

 

 

 

 

Payment details
Please make sure your payment gets to us 7 days before you want to start. For regular orders we encourage you to pay by standing order if possible. Standing orders make payment easy and enable us to plan ahead. Please use this option if you can!

Alternative payment methods
We understand that some people get paid on an irregular basis and that setting up a regular standing order just may not be possible, We also accept Healthy Start vouchers. if you would like to join the scheme but cannot set up a standing order please e-mail us at  or phone us (07501 023519) to discuss alternative payment methods.

Your details are required for administrative uses only and will be stored safely and will not be given to anyone else. Read more about our privacy policy.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Holiday policy

We assume that everyone on the box scheme will go on holiday for 4 weeks each year; and our prices reflect this. Please read our holiday policy.  If you go for away for longer than 4 weeks, and you let us know in advance, we can refund you for each week over the standard 4 weeks that you do not want your bags. You nust let us know whenever you go away - by the Wednesday of the week preceding your holiday.

Click the box to indicate that you have read, understood and accept the holiday policy and will let us know by the Wednesday before you go away.

Final steps

Check the form to see that the entries are correct is correct. Then check the final steps outlined below (you may open them in a  new window here).  When you wish to submit your order to us, click on the 'Send in my order' button at the bottom of the form. Your order will be sent to us by email.

Check your spam filter

Within a few days, we will contact you to acknowledge your order - normally by email. Please add burnleycropshare [at] gmail [dot] com to your address book or anti-spam 'whitelist' to ensure our emails don't get mistakenly identified as spam. Do call us if you do not hear from us within a few days.

Arrange your payment

In the meantime you will need to set up your standing order / bank transfer or send us a cheque.

A few days before your first bags are ready for collection, we will contact you again to confirm your pick up details, to make sure you are definitely starting your order and to ensure your payments are in place.

Do contact us if you do not get a confirmation from us within the next few days. Please note that we are not open at weekends.
